SINJIN SLADE ASKINS
Today Sinjin is exactly three weeks old. His full name is Sinjin Slade Askins. Sinjin means "Saint John" in old English and Slade means "Fearless". We can't believe how much love we have for this little guy. When he was born, Sean kept saying to him, "You are awesome." He was delivered via an emergency c-section. It wasn't easy but he was a trooper. He looks exactly like Sean except for the asian eyes - but he does have very red hair!
Big tears for such a little guy.
Feet that bring good news.
Whenever I left the room, I would return to find Sean nicely snuggled in my bed holding Sinjin.
Sean helped me so much during our stay in the hospital that my love for him grew even more. He is an incredible dad and husband!

He is soooo beautiful! I've been anxiously waiting to see him, and he is perfect! You both look so happy, I can't wait to come and visit! I hope you are getting some sleep. Lots of love, Shawna
Such a meaningful story of the birth of Sinjin. Monique and Sean are going to be the best parents for this blessed boy. Of course this is coming from his nana.
we have been anxiously awaiting pictures of sinjin slade! he is absolutely amazing! we can't wait to meet him... we love you guys.
